What happens if my parcel is stopped at customs?
In the rare case a parcel is held or seized by customs, we reship your order for free. Just contact us with your order number and, if available, the customs notice — we take care of the rest.
My tracking number is not updating. What should I do?
Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch, and may pause during transit or customs clearance. If there is no update for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will check the status for you. Real delivery times by country →
How is my order packaged?
Every order is packed discreetly in plain packaging. There is nothing on the outside that mentions the shop, the contents or anything medical — just a neutral parcel.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat €25 per order within Europe. Orders of €450 or more ship free automatically — no code needed.
How long does delivery take?

Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment your order is dispatched. If a few days have passed since payment and you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across Europe. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, or need the exact cost and time for a specific destination, just email us and we will confirm.
What if my parcel is delayed or does not arrive?
First, track your parcel with the number from your shipping email. If tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or the parcel does not arrive, contact us with your order number — we will look into it and find a solution for you.
My tracking has not moved — do I get a free reshipment?
Yes. If the tracking number shows no updates for more than 40 business days, or the parcel is returned to us, we reship your order for free. Just contact us with your order number. Real delivery times by country →
My parcel was seized by customs — what now?
We offer a free reshipment for customs seizures. To qualify, please send us official proof of confiscation (for example a letter from the customs authority). Reshipping cannot proceed without documentation or the parcel being returned to us.
My parcel or items arrived damaged
We compensate damaged parcels or items. Please send us a video of the unboxing (filmed in one take, from a sealed parcel) so we can verify and arrange compensation. Contact us via the site or Telegram, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 CET.
My parcel was returned to sender
If a parcel comes back because the recipient was absent or refused delivery, reshipping is possible after the logistics cost is covered. If no reason for the return is given and it simply comes back to us, we reship it at no extra cost.

My card payment did not go through, or there is a limit. What now?
Card payments have a limit per transaction. For larger orders we automatically split your order into two smaller card payments — you pay both, and everything still ships together as one parcel. You can also pay by crypto, which has no limit and gets an automatic discount — how it works →.
How do I pay with crypto, and is there a discount?

Which payment methods do you accept?

Is there a limit per payment?
Card payments have a per-transaction limit (it may vary over time — the checkout will tell you if your order is above it). My card payment failed — what now?

Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Products are independently tested by third-party laboratories (HPLC and mass spectrometry) for purity and identity. You can view sample Certificates of Analysis on our Lab Reports page, and request the full COA for your batch by email.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most vials and tablets are kept at room temperature, while some peptides and HGH should be refrigerated. Follow the storage note on the product label.
Are your products genuine?
We stock only established brands such as Hilma Biocare, DeusMedical, Androlex, Somatrop-Lab and others, sourced directly. All compounds are premium quality and strictly intended for research purposes.
