How long does delivery take?

Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment your order is dispatched. If a few days have passed since payment and you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact us.

We ship across Europe. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, or need the exact cost and time for a specific destination, just email us and we will confirm.
What if my parcel is delayed or does not arrive?
First, track your parcel with the number from your shipping email. If tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or the parcel does not arrive, contact us with your order number — we will look into it and find a solution for you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Two options at checkout: card (Visa / Mastercard) through a secure processor, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Choose whichever you prefer.
Is there a limit per payment?
Card payments have a limit of €500 per transaction. If your order is larger, simply split it into two orders each under €500, or pay by crypto which has no limit. Need a free-shipping code so splitting costs you nothing extra? Just ask us.
My card payment failed — what now?
No problem — your order is saved. You can retry the card payment, or switch to cryptocurrency at checkout. If it keeps failing, the most common reasons are the €500 limit or your bank blocking the transaction. Contact us and we will help you complete it.
How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
Select the crypto option at checkout. You will get a wallet address (or QR code) and the exact amount to send in USDT, BTC or ETH. Once the network confirms your transfer, your order is processed automatically.
